Test operation; Follow 10-Point Checklist – check basic components & connections; use sniffer to test for gas leaks within firebox area; clean appliance-electrical connections-firebox; ready appliance for customer use. Test and diagnose for performance issue as indicated by customer; provide customer with repair estimate (if repair is necessary) **Price is for first hour, most diagnostic services take an hour or less & may even include simple repair of stated issue, tech will advise customer if diagnosis will take longer than an hour
DRYER VENT CLEANING
Dryer vents are cleaned using brushes and a commercial vacuum system to remove debris and nests.
This important service protects your home from fires, smoke and pollutants. It reduces energy costs allowing dryers run more efficiently, last longer, and dry clothes faster.
With each vent cleaning we will inspect your dryer vent system, Clean your transition duct from your dryer to the wall connection, and clean your dryer vent from the connection in your laundry room to where the vent exits on the exterior of the house. All work is performed from inside the home. We use extra care when moving dryer to access dryer vent.
